Sometimes, we are like onions, peeling the layers of previous and oncoming generations, moving towards the core that is the nothing we are.

  1. We are nothing because the ego or being are not a fixed entity, but a conglomeration of experiences and relationships of power, and these are ever shifting, growing and dying. So the layers of the onion will not lead somewhere, and have nothing more to give other than a shift in the dynamics of experience and power.
